Sí, me encontré personalmente con el Sr. Gafur Mulali, el crítico de una estrella. Es un tipo muy desagradable. ¡La tienda estaba llena ese sábado y todos nacen con el mismo problema básico y solo tienen dos manos! Me imagino que cuando haces tantas reparaciones entre semana como hace Bike Center Hegnau y luego vendes los sábados, seguro que priorizan a sus clientes habituales. Antes te reparaban donde lo compraste y viceversa, pero ahora se trata de conseguir el servicio más barato online y luego esperar que los minoristas especializados hagan todo lo posible un sábado. Para mí, gente así es simplemente inaceptable en sábado. Mi respuesta habría sido: "Por favor, llévelo al lugar donde lo compró para repararlo" o "Tendremos tiempo la próxima semana", como le ofrecieron. Le doy cinco estrellas a Bike Center Hegnau porque realmente viven y respiran su oficio y lo mantienen con profesionalismo.

The gears needed emergency repairs. No customer was there, the gentleman wasn't working on a bike, and he lamely turned me away. I'd have to make an appointment for a week later. On to Bike World, a friendly welcome, about 7 minutes of work, and the bike was perfect again.

Unfriendly and arrogant towards a long-time regular customer. I urgently needed a new rear tire. I wasn't able to change it within three days, even though I'm leading a planned group tour. Luckily, there's a friendly and understanding bike shop in Schwerzenbach.
