Everything seemed very nice, but unfortunately the delivery didn't work out. Despite contacting them several times and receiving promises like "it will be shipped tomorrow," it never arrived. I cancelled the order and at least received my money back the same day.
I ordered goods on December 28, 2023, and to this day the order status remains unprocessed. Two weeks after placing the order, I inquired about its status. I was told there were printing problems (I ordered an iron-on transfer) and that the item would be shipped as soon as possible. After four weeks, I canceled the order and have still not received a cancellation confirmation or my refund. Simply disappointing.
I was informed about the delivery delay during the ordering process, and two weeks is perfectly acceptable. I received prompt assistance when I contacted them via the website form. I am completely satisfied with my online purchase. Keep up the good work!
