No puedo entender las críticas aquí; Tuve una experiencia completamente diferente al buscar apartamento. La comunicación fue rápida, las citas siempre se cumplieron y el servicio fue absolutamente amable y profesional. Nunca hubo un solo motivo de queja durante nuestras interacciones. Al contrario, recomiendo ampliamente a la señora Brunner.
Tampoco puedo entender las críticas negativas. Estoy muy satisfecha y siempre he encontrado que la Sra. Brunner es cortés y dedicada. ☺️
Engañan a los inquilinos enviándoles facturas después de que se mudan. Cobran por cosas que no estaban. Hay constantes daños por agua que no se reparan adecuadamente y luego intentan cobrar por ellos también. Sólo se entrega una clave en lugar de cinco. Cuando salimos del apartamento, lo cerramos dos veces y luego regresamos, a veces solo lo cerraban una vez, lo cual es extraño... Además, intentan intimidarte por teléfono porque el propietario es supuestamente un "juez" y el administrador de la propiedad, que es muy antipático, está involucrado en política... No puedo recomendarlos.
I'm surprised at how quickly Ms. Claudia Brunner's demeanor changed after the apartment viewing when I mentioned that I was now less interested in the apartment. I was even accused of having organized the viewing without any real interest... which, of course, isn't true—I would never have traveled more than an hour for that. In short: if you want to be treated arrogantly, unfriendly, and rudely, Ms. Claudia Brunner is definitely the right person for you. P.S. She tried to convince me that you can't hear the highway at the apartment in question if the windows are closed... which might be true for older ladies with less than perfect hearing. P.S. Unfortunately, it never occurred to me that brand-new apartments in a new, modern development directly on the highway are still being built WITHOUT controlled ventilation... tragic for the planning... and the real estate agent.
