Empresa muy profesional y amigable. Siempre fueron muy amables, profesionales y puntuales. Respondió a todas mis preguntas, hizo el trabajo rápido y bien, lo limpió (también tuvieron que perforar, etc.). Estoy muy satisfecho con el servicio. El trabajo fue realizado por el Sr. Dominik Hörnlimann y un aprendiz. Tanto durante el servicio como en la ubicación de la empresa pude comunicarme en inglés. ¡Lo recomiendo mucho!

Un electricista muy confiable. La comunicación fue clara y directa y las citas se cumplieron a tiempo. El trabajo, tanto en la oficina como en la obra, se realizó de forma limpia y ordenada. Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience. Emails go unanswered, there are no responses, and many things are simply forgotten. Overall, extremely unreliable – not recommended if you rely on professional and clear communication.

You should leave your workspace clean... as I work in construction myself, I know this all too well. It was just a power outlet, and they simply left the dust and cable remnants lying around... oh, and the outlet was even mounted crooked! Great job... Thank you for your feedback... Ignorant employees, this management style is deplorable. Without prior notice, workers in our UN garage installed cables, cable ducts, and sockets in the immediate vicinity of our parked car. They drilled holes in the ceiling and pillars with hammer drills, so the drilling dust covered our car. If I hadn't caught the two workers red-handed, they probably would have left after finishing. I wrote to the company but never received a reply. Unfortunately, I can't prove that the scratches were caused by the workers. This is concerning and despicable behavior from Unholz AG.
