Buenos días, le agradecería que pudiera revisar mis solicitudes de asistencia. Quiero activar los servicios de escaneo de correo para GDOC Holding y GDOC Lasercom, pero no puedo hacerlo. GDOC Holding no reconoce la dirección. GDOC Lasercom ha sido activado pero está bajo evaluación. Si es posible, me gustaría cambiar el plan de pago de gratuito al mismo que VILT Suiza, para tener el mismo nivel de servicio en las tres empresas con las que trabajo. Gracias.
Este es un servicio increíble para individuos y pequeñas empresas. Puede contribuir a una importante reducción de costes y tiempo. El servicio aún necesita algunas mejoras, una de ellas es la posibilidad de gestionar las publicaciones empresariales a través de la aplicación móvil.
Mal servicio. Ejemplo: Todas las facturas pagadas. Klara bloqueó el acceso. Razón falsa: factura no pagada... pero no puedo decir cuál :-))) No hay respuesta a los correos electrónicos. Soporte técnico: muy deficiente y poco profesional. No lo recomiendo. ¡Pérdida de dinero y TIEMPO!
Amazing service! Daniel Mühlethaler guided me through all the processes, answered all my questions, and provided all details to the topics we discussed. He was polite and patient, even when he had to explain the same topic several times, so that I can understand the whole picture. Professionalism, preciseness, transparency, and time efficiency.
I have nothing good to say about them. I couldn't cancel the test subscription or reach the support on my computer. There was no phone number I could call. I explained everything and sent videos of the problem. But the still charged me. Despite me clearly showing them that I couldn't cancel the test account, they will not refund my money. Klara don't want happy costumers they only want your money.
Beware of Unreliable Billing Practices! I’ve used the ePost service that they run for the SwissPost for over a year now. Their billing practices are a nightmare. They provide no email reminders for overdue payments, instead locking you out of the app where all communication occurs. This means you can't access your account or see any notifications about late invoices. Even after I settled an old invoice, my account was continued to be locked for an additional five days, and counting. To unlock it, they demanded proof of payment (of a QR invoice) for a verification process that feels absurdly outdated for a digital service. Most frustratingly, my mail is essentially held hostage during this time—I receive notifications for incoming mail without any access to view or manage it, missing the windows to order originals, all for less than CHF 20. This service's potential is completely overshadowed by its archaic and user-unfriendly policies. Exercise extreme caution!
