Después de muchos años como cliente fiel, estoy profundamente decepcionado por sus acciones. A finales de 2024, mi seguro de protección jurídica fue cancelado después de un caso legal sin ningún aviso ni explicación por su parte. Considero que tal decisión sin comunicación o discusión previa con el cliente es completamente inaceptable. Aún más incomprensible es que ni siquiera mi esposa, que nunca ha tenido un caso judicial, sea aceptada por ningún otro proveedor de seguros de protección jurídica. Esperaba más transparencia, equidad y profesionalidad de una aseguradora importante como AXA ARAG.
