Servicio irrespetuoso! Hoy (14 de agosto de 2025, aproximadamente a las 9:00 a. m.), después de realizar el mantenimiento de nuestra cafetera Ecomatic en la calle Kantonsstrasse, 6033 Buchrain, el técnico de Ecomatic arrojó sus viscosos restos de café directamente en el baño recién limpio. ¡Una verdadera perorata! Respondió a la cortés advertencia de nuestro veterano limpiador con comentarios tontos y subliminales. Así no se trata a las personas ni a su trabajo. ¡Absolutamente poco profesional!

The vending machines are only working halfway decently :( Twint, cards, and coffee sticks are the problem areas. Or sometimes there's no coffee at all. I don't think the company realizes what this means for the workday. How much it affects the morale of hundreds of dissatisfied employees when they can't get their coffee. There are also new issues with the payment terminal; watch the videos.
Top service, always very good drinks.
These vending machines are the most unreliable I've ever used 😅 Daily malfunctions are normal. At least the service technicians arrive quickly.
