Great area, 30 minutes to the bus stop, but that's no problem with teenagers. Several bedrooms, rather small, with varying numbers of beds. In contrast, there are much larger common rooms for eating and working. The indoor ping-pong room can easily be converted into a music room. Interesting open-plan design with an open staircase. A superbly equipped kitchen (with a steamer!). Views of the Sichel and the Sieben Hengsten mountains. A hike to the Moos (20 minutes on foot) is highly recommended. The only downside is that mobile phone reception is limited to Swisscom. Salt and Sunrise have no signal. The Wi-Fi in the house is also unreliable.
We attended a motorcycle rally there. The access road was a bit adventurous, as it was unpaved and covered in gravel. The rooms were basic, but the common areas were nice.
