Después de nueve años como inquilino de confianza en la Rathausgasse de Glarus, me gustaría compartir mis experiencias con RuRu Immobilien GmbH. Varios incidentes durante la fase final de mi arrendamiento dejaron mucho que desear: 1. Notificación retrasada de las obras de construcción. Sólo nos enteramos de los extensos trabajos de tejado cuando ya se habían instalado los andamios en la fachada. 2. Entrada no autorizada al apartamento A pesar de un acuerdo claro de que sólo se podía acceder al apartamento después de un acuerdo previo después de la mudanza, pero antes de la entrega oficial, este acuerdo no se cumplió. 3. Proceso de traspaso excesivamente largo La entrega duró tres horas y media, en parte porque la empresa de administración de la propiedad había cambiado y el estado del apartamento estaba documentado con gran detalle. Sin embargo, muchos de estos detalles no tenían relación con la entrega real. Unfortunately, I've had a bad experience with this company. Administratively, they're a complete mess, so I ended up having to pay my neighbors' utility bills. The first time, I was given an in-person appointment to explain things. I was literally talked to death. The second time, I requested information in writing. Instead of an answer and an explanation, I received late fees and debt collection notices. As a landlord, you can certainly outsource work to RuRu Immobilien very cheaply. However, the bad reputation and dissatisfied tenants are practically guaranteed. Long story short: poor communication and administrative chaos.

This property doesn't care about anything, as long as the tenants are quiet. In the end, they blame everything on the tenants because they ignore everything. For example, laundry isn't possible in the building, there's no electricity over the weekend, and contacting the property is impossible. There was no building maintenance. The balcony couldn't be used for two years due to a broken shutter. The property was aware of the defects but didn't care. If you call, you get yelled at. People smoke marijuana in the building, and this wasn't addressed either, so I had to keep the windows closed all the time, even though I have two small daughters. My laundry card only cost 3-5 francs for three months, and then they even sue you. Unbelievable! Shame on you, Ruru Property!

I would not recommend RuRu Immobilien to anyone. They are very arrogant and pretentious. I wanted to inquire about an apartment, but they told me: "We will not rent an apartment to you!" Such real estate companies should have their management licenses revoked. They do not act in the best interests of the property owners.
