La peor impresora que he tenido. Compré una costosa impresora EcoTank porque me gustaba la idea de no tener que lidiar con cartuchos de tinta. Mala decisión. Nunca tuve que lidiar con una impresora tan abismal. No entraré en detalles, la lista de fallos es demasiado larga, el soporte inexistente. Nunca volveré a comprar un producto Epson.
Realmente no es una experiencia positiva, comuníquese con esa empresa durante el horario de oficina y reciba atención en el contestador automático. Por cierto, el Scanner V370 Photo no es realmente la mejor opción en Escáneres. (sombras sobre papel blanco...) Esa respuesta tuya se repite en stabdart. Frío...
No malgastes tu dinero en modelos de impresoras Epson baratos y de mala calidad. Compra una impresora Canon.
I give it zero stars! I bought an Epson XP-5200 printer in April 2024. Expensive color cartridges run out without being used! When the color cartridge shows empty and the black cartridge is still half full, the printer stops printing. There's no way to print in black only anywhere in the software, not even with all the updates. What do you call this kind of customer service and management? We have no grounds for a class-action lawsuit here. Epson is criminal.
The EcoTank printers are advertised with a cashback offer. Unfortunately, Epson (Switzerland) prevents payment in every conceivable way. First, they request receipts again, then they direct you to a login for which, despite multiple attempts, no password is provided. Then just forget it altogether... and I'll steer clear of such bait-and-switch offers in the future.
Support is absolutely unhelpful; you constantly have to describe the problem again and again; the support hotline ignores the issue regarding a promised feature (scanning with OCR). Solutions are repeatedly suggested that don't work.
