Es amigable y corta bien el cabello. Sin embargo, lo que me decepcionó fue que usó acondicionador, champú y laca para el cabello para darle más volumen sin preguntar. Mi pelo es corto. Lo que quería estaba claro: un lavado, un corte (de 1 cm de distancia) y un secado con secador. Eso es todo. Por este precio no es normal: cuesta 76,50 CHF. Antes, normalmente pagaba 53 CHF (en enero de 2026). Esto es una estafa. El pelo medio y largo suele costar más de 70 CHF. Comentarios: Una lista de precios transparente que indique claramente qué está incluido y qué no. El acondicionador, el champú y la laca para el cabello no figuran en la lista. Prefiero ir a otra peluquería con una lista de precios transparente y precios justos.

Despite my request, my hair wasn't washed beforehand. However, I still had to pay the same amount. They claimed that washing my hair was included in the price. I then emailed customer service. The response I received was very curt and impersonal. Luckily, there are other hair salons.

I'm extremely disappointed with the hairdresser, Roxana, who didn't take a single minute to discuss my desired hairstyle. Her commitment to the customer was absolutely nonexistent, and her attitude towards the customer was completely unacceptable. The prices are far too high for such poor service. I will never return. Truly disappointed.
