Gran tienda de variedad, artesanías, ropa artística y juguetes, lo que sea y está ahí. Muy ordenado y bien abastecido.
Mi esposo y yo visitamos estos grandes almacenes y encontramos algunos artículos que estábamos felices de comprar. También encontré un jersey que no tenían de mi talla. La joven que nos estaba atendiendo, que hablaba inglés, fue muy servicial y se ofreció a ponernos el jersey ya que todavía teníamos 10 días en Thun. El jersey llegó antes de lo esperado y recibí una llamada telefónica para informarme que estaba listo. Realmente buen servicio. Muchas gracias.

Friendly and competent service that also takes its time. I'm always amazed at the range of items they have, which can otherwise only be ordered online. And all at very fair prices!
It's wonderful that department stores like this still exist! The Schaufelberger model-making department is my favorite. Competent and friendly. Mr. Buntschu is a true expert. The items are certainly a bit more expensive, but the service and excellent advice have to be paid for. Bravo and keep it up!
