El año pasado llevé mi auto para una revisión menor, pero no estaba listo para ser recogido el día acordado (un error de comunicación interno, causado por el propio propietario). Luego recibí una factura de más de 700 € por pequeñas sustituciones, a pesar de que había solicitado específicamente sólo los trabajos necesarios: filtro de aceite, filtro de aire, prueba de aceite y frenos. Fue un servicio realmente sencillo, luego limpiaron el compartimiento del motor y reemplazaron las escobillas del limpiaparabrisas. (¿Pero no reemplazaron el filtro de aire?) Ahora, un año después, lo llevé a revisión (a otro taller) y enseguida me dijeron que estaba completamente oxidado en la rueda derecha. En años anteriores se lo llevé a Schöneberger y nadie lo mencionó. En aquel entonces se podría haber reparado. Yo mismo no conocía nada mejor y hubiera esperado que un taller y un personal competentes me informaran. Este óxido no puede tener menos de un año si el coche estuvo en un garaje durante siete meses durante el invierno. Trabajo poco profesional y servicio generalmente hostil (por parte del propietario).
En Schönenberger me siento en buenas manos. La señora de la oficina siempre es muy amable y el jefe entiende inmediatamente lo que quiero. ¡Puedo recomendarlos con la conciencia tranquila!
A helper in need: Our van broke down and couldn't continue driving (drive shaft broken). Schönenberger was able to tow the vehicle the same day and repair it the next. I was simply left standing there as a walk-in customer when the phone rang. Mr. Schönenberger answered the phone mid-inquiry about a repair without asking anything like, "Can I take this quickly?" etc., and just left me standing there in the workshop before walking off towards the office... Apparently, not every customer is important to him.
