En 2022, no habría recomendado el producto, pero en 2025 solucionaron bastantes problemas y todo es mucho más sencillo. Además quiero destacar la excelente calidad del servicio. Bastien hizo todo lo posible y pudo ayudarme a resolver los problemas que encontré, incluso a altas horas de la noche.

Estoy extremadamente satisfecho con el sistema Dingz, que me permite controlar fácilmente todos mis dispositivos Philips Hue. El soporte técnico es excepcionalmente receptivo y eficiente. Necesité comunicarme con ellos varias veces para configurar y personalizar el sistema para que se adaptara perfectamente a mis necesidades específicas, y siempre fueron increíblemente útiles. You might not need a Dingz, but it's fun to have one. And it works perfectly right out of the box. Iolo's customer service is also excellent. In my opinion: if you're going to do home automation, get one of these things. Otherwise, you can stick with conventional switches.

As an electrician, I find this product excellent, not to mention aesthetically pleasing. I use it for lighting and as a Wi-Fi button. The DINGZ offers a multitude of possibilities that allow it to meet all needs, without any additional wiring. The interface is simple and clear, whether on a smartphone or web browser. I've had five devices for about a year and I'm very happy with them. The ability to program one DINGZ to respond to commands from another DINGZ multiplies the possibilities. The integrated lux meter works really well for managing lighting; it's also possible to control the color temperature. You can also choose the on/off duration, which looks very stylish. A major advantage over the competition is that it's easy to save the different DINGZ configurations. The DINGZ works very well with HomeKit; currently, it needs to be activated by customer service, which responds quickly with clear explanations.
