Hoy visité la sucursal de Swiss Bankers en Grosshöchstetten para preguntar sobre cómo abrir una cuenta, pero me encontré con una mujer muy extraña que trabajaba en el banco y me pidió que me fuera. Tenga cuidado de no ir allí para abrir una cuenta; es mejor hacerlo por teléfono, ya que podría enfrentar un comportamiento ofensivo que le arruine el día en lugar de ser una experiencia agradable unirse a un nuevo banco.

Recargué tarjetas solo para que el dinero nunca se reflejara en la tarjeta. Después de llamar la atención sobre esto, las tarjetas fueron bloqueadas y así han sido durante al menos un mes de continuos intercambios. Teniendo en cuenta que hace dos años me bloquearon tarjetas que nunca se desbloquearon, mis esperanzas de que el problema se resuelva son bajas. Problemas inaceptables y servicio inaceptable por parte de una empresa de procesamiento de pagos.

Cero servicio al cliente, la aplicación está llena de errores, recibieron 3320 chf de mi dinero durante más de 6 semanas y no lo transferirán a mi cuenta bancaria. Es una estafa total.

What a nightmare! Been trying to figure it out where did my recharge of a swissbankers travelcash went for about a week. Customer support is basically useless, giving the same answers over and over they will tell you everyday that will contact back and get your situation resolved but never happening. I highly recommend to everyone stay away

I am very disapointed with SWISS BANKERS. I’ve difficult to get a new PIN CODE as i don’t know my PIN CODE and I can’t do a payment when i have to do a payment and i need to put my PIN CODE. It was my husband making this card for me. They even doesn’t wanna mention to me who is the owner of the card or who is the person making this card because of the security reason. It was absolutely my husband. How can they don’t trust me. They even can have all my data if needed. I anyways won’t have brave to do stealing the money from other people if it’s not my money, otherwise i will be going into PRISON if i do stealing. I am very disappointed with SWISS BANKERS. I WILL NO MORE USING SWISS BANKERS!!! Their customer service doesn’t help and keep their customer stay forever!!! Say “NO” to SWISS BANKERS very disappointed. 💔💔💔💔💔
