En 2013, Softwater Switzerland GmbH instaló un North Star ED-14 en nuestra casa. El sistema lleva 10 años funcionando sin problemas, requiere un mantenimiento mínimo y es un verdadero placer tener menos problemas para descalcificar las tuberías. El kit de mantenimiento, que se utiliza cada tres meses, es muy fácil de utilizar. Recomendamos encarecidamente Softwater.

I am very satisfied with the service from Softwater Switzerland. I appreciate the option of the regular service and maintenance kit that is automatically sent to me. If needed, I can still order an on-site service call to have the system checked from a technical perspective. Keep up the good work!
We've been using the system in our restaurant for about a year now and are very satisfied with the results. We previously had very hard water, stains everywhere, and poor rinsing results. These problems have been completely resolved. The installation by Softwater was quick and straightforward. The system is very easy to maintain. I recommend this type of system for any business, including private homes in areas with high limescale levels.
