El paquete simplemente lo dejaron delante de nuestra puerta (vivimos en la calle principal y hay una parada de autobús justo delante de la entrada). Estábamos en casa y nadie tocó el timbre. Naturalmente, el paquete fue robado y Planzer niega ahora cualquier responsabilidad. Se ha activado el seguro legal.
Los líderes del mercado cuando se trata de NO entregar paquetes a tiempo. Los paquetes siempre llegan tarde. La comunicación inexistente y el pésimo servicio de seguimiento completan el cuadro. ¡Qué broma! A Planzer: Estaré encantado de enviarle información adicional por correo electrónico. El conductor entrega en el lugar equivocado, el servicio de atención al cliente se niega a hacer nada.
The package was supposed to be left in a weatherproof spot at the front door. Instead, it was left in front of the garage in the rain. Everything is soaked. Incompetent.
I paid €89 for secure transport with a signature for a bike. Planzer delivered it without a signature (I feel cheated). They simply left the bike in the hallway, even with a broken brake lever, without saying a word. When I called, Planzer tried to weasel their way out of it and did nothing. This is no way to achieve customer satisfaction – they just take the money but do nothing else.
"You can leave the package." The package will not be left. "Not delivered - delivery notice left." No delivery notice left. I needed on-time delivery...
