Nuestra comida era parte de la media pensión, por lo que las opciones del menú se mejoraron de las ofrecidas a los muchos grupos de turistas sentados entre nosotros. El servicio es muy alemán, rápido y contundente. Los camareros eran serviciales y hablaban varios idiomas europeos. Dicho esto, nuestra comida era una opción por plato y el camarero principal luchó por conseguir que la traducción de lo que estábamos obteniendo fuera precisa, pero lo suficientemente buena. No fue una gran comida, pero sí bastante agradable, en un ambiente bastante agradable.

Uno de los peores lugares que he visitado en mi vida. No merecen una estrella Michelin. 1. El pescado que pedimos para un niño estaba VENCIDO. Olía a basura, además de saber. 2. Cuando pedimos reemplazarla con una hamburguesa infantil, la carne de la hamburguesa estaba CRUDA. Carne cruda para niño!!!! 3. «Verduras al wok con sésamo» resultaron ser verduras crudas literalmente flotando en aceite, sin sabor, sin sésamo, con trozos quemados, como si fuera una guarnición sin terminar de alguien. 4. El bistec era de goma.

So sad. This place used to be owned and operated by a lovely couple that poured their heart and soul into it and provided a magical experience. Since then it was apparently bought buy a large corporation who has sucked the soul out of it and ruined a once fantastic restaurant. The service was atrocious. We waited 2 hours for salads to arrive. Half the table got drinks immediately, the other half an hour later. Food came out hap hazardly and not as described on the menu. When it was bright to the waiter’s attention that the meal delivered was not at all as described in the menu he simply laughed and said, “the chef is in a mood tonight.” Multiple tables were sending their meals back. The place was sad and half empty. The efforts to cut corners and reduce costs were evident everywhere. All members of our party instantly felt sick after the meal. Just heartbreaking to see such a lovely restaurant ruined.

Only 4 reviews by the time we ate here. Completely disagreed with the two 1 star reviews complaining about service so thought Id chime in. Very happy with the experience. Breathtaking view, friendly and impressively multilingual staff who were highly knowledgeable of the menu and offered a great wine recommendation. Food was delicious. Highly recommend!

Everything we ordered today was soooo awesome! Delicious all the way from bread, starter, steak, pork chop and crème brûlée.
