Entré sin revisar las reseñas y la vendedora fue realmente amable. Compré una vaca de madera aquí y mi mamá compró un imán para el refrigerador. Ambos fueron agradables.

Precio razonable pero no demasiado amigable. Pasé 3 noches aquí en Wengen, pero cada vez que paso por aquí y busco recuerdos en esta tienda, la señora del mostrador sigue mirándome, incluso cuando hay 10 clientes más (americanos/europeos) en la tienda. Racista o lo que sea, no estoy seguro, pero estaban preocupados por nosotros sin ningún motivo. En nuestro último día, decidí agregar otra cosa, entonces la señora habló mal. Hay una joven y dos abuelas trabajando en la tienda en un día diferente. Todos con mala actitud y groseros. Creo que es una tienda familiar. “Rude Family Shop”, su apellido es Rude. Bromeando 🤣

Entré con papá y hermano y me regañaron por tocar una taza de plástico. Al salir, el empleado grosero estaba reprendiendo a una pareja mayor en el mostrador. Hay una tienda amigable al otro lado de la calle con el mismo producto. Ve allí en su lugar

The shop itself is cute with nice little things. But the saleslady is really unfriendly! When I bought stuff, I myself told her “thank you, bye”, but all she could do was looking grumpy back, not saying a word. Kinda regret buying that stuff over there.

Agree with every bad review here, do not shop here. Extremely rude younger sales woman. My very savvy 9 yr old that’s lives to shop for dresses and scented sprays was told not to touch the dresses while looking for her size and then told not to test smell the LABELED TESTERS of scented sprays she that wanted to buy for her grandmother. Enough of a rude attitude to leave my daughter crying as we left. Unacceptable!

I will have given 0 star rating if I can. Very poor sales service. We wanted to buy a wine bottle cap and found it to be defective and asked if there is a new copy. But the saleslady replied us in a condescending manner and said it's only 6.80 francs, what do u expect? She even asked us to glue it back ourselves! Shocked to experience this level of service in Switzerland
