El mejor Rösti que hemos tenido. Fuimos a cenar a Zur Linde y elegimos el 'Rösti zur Linde'. El personal muy amable nos sirvió rápido y con pasión por la comida y por su negocio. Ella es la más amable que conocimos esta semana aquí en la región. El rösti fue el mejor que hemos probado. No la versión turística que se puede comer en Interlaken, Grindelwald y Lauterbrunnen, sino el auténtico rösti campesino. Volveremos lo antes posible y nunca olvidaremos lo bueno que estuvo. Lo transmitiremos más y esperamos que muchos lugareños y turistas encuentren su lugar. ¡¡¡Un gran cumplido!!!!!
Pasamos por Lauterbrunnen porque estaba bastante lleno de turistas para un almuerzo de sábado. Busqué un restaurante cercano con >4 estrellas y encontré este lugar. La presentación fue agradable. Optamos por 2 opciones de "fitness" (para la hamburguesa y el escalope de cerdo). Las ensaladas que las acompañan vienen con mucho vinagre balsámico. El Linde Rösti vino cubierto con queso raclette. (Esperaba un toque crujiente de rösti) El servicio se sintió un poco lento, pero esto también podría interpretarse como hospitalario y permitir a los invitados comer, charlar y relajarse después de la comida. Nos marchamos sintiéndonos muy llenos.
Comida casera deliciosa, el schnitzel es muy bueno, unas costillas divinas. También comimos una tarta de chocolate casera que estaba deliciosa. Absolutamente gran servicio.
I can't believe I'm staying in a 370yrs old hotel! Wow. The restaurant owner and family also live there. So we are no alone. Toilet is outside but well, we are the only guest during that time and we fully utilised it. Very friendly owner which is also the restaurant chef.
The food was quite good.Food aside, we had several problems: the internet didn't work (although we weren't told so).In addition, it's not worth to pay 300 euros per night to have common bathrooms. The staff was note polite at all (a part from Milo)and didn't put us at ease: for example, I asked for breakfast a tepid milk and instead of saying they didn't have tepid milk , the waiter stared at me like if I bothered her! I'm really undatisfied with your service.
Food was good but we bought two dishes, each around 25 CHF but when the bill came, it was 71 CHF: If you’re a tourist, just beware they may over charge you for random things like tap water and sharing plates 🥲disappointed Edit after the owners reply: We have been eating out in Switzerland for several weeks now and not one restaurant has ever charged us 15 CHF for 3 empty plates and 10 CHF for tap water. If the owner had the decency to be transparent about the prices, we might as well ordered a third dish, and this would have provided us with enough plates for our party of 3 to eat off of. It’s not about the money we spent but the lack of transparency with prices. Switzerland has always had free drinking water, and there are public fountains everywhere with water. Lastly, I think it was unnecessary to point out cultural differences because we were never asked where we were from.
