Servicio superior, buen precio.
Pasé por la casa de Jossi en Hope1000.ch y necesitaba desesperadamente un neumático nuevo. Dejó todo y se hizo cargo de mi Scott Spark 10. Tenía listo el neumático adecuado e incluso pastillas de freno para los frenos de 10 años en stock. Excelente servicio y no cuesta casi nada.
Muchas gracias por su ayuda espontánea con mi sistema de portaequipajes. Estábamos de paso de Berna a Lucerna. Cuando pregunté si alguien tenía un momento libre, el mecánico respondió: "Me tomaré el tiempo". Un servicio absolutamente de primera, además solo quería un poco de dinero para los materiales. Abysmal service! I don't usually say or rate anyone like this. BUT anyone who so reluctantly responds to a request with the answer "I don't have it" and considers it over and done with hasn't even begun to understand the purpose of service. It's their responsibility to procure the requested parts if possible, not to dismiss them with the curt "I don't have it." Even more serious is the fact that, according to the manufacturer, Jossi is the official authorized repair shop!
...spontaneously provided us with spare parts and tools, and with his help, saved our bike day! Very pleasant and highly recommended.
