¡Ésta es una oficina de correos maravillosa! El personal siempre es amable y servicial. Nunca he tenido una mala experiencia... ¡jamás! Sólo los buenos... ¡Gracias equipo Heimberg!
I have not experienced such unproductive work at the counter in a long time... 14 people waiting and one of them blocks the counter for 15 minutes with stupid questions about the CHF/€ exchange rate and the employee simply ignores the queue and makes a friendly plea with him.
This is quite simply the worst post office I've ever been to – and I've been to many. Firstly, there are just random blocks of paperwork scattered around without any apparent plan, so people never know how or where to queue. This creates chaos every time, and people end up crowding around the door. Most of the employees are often overwhelmed with routine tasks, causing the chaotic queue to grow ever longer. The mail carriers can't even read the "No Junk Mail" sticker on the mailbox, and the collection slip for letters/parcels doesn't include a date, so you don't know exactly which day "starting tomorrow" you're supposed to be there. As a result, I wasted at least 20 minutes today trying to pick up a letter that hadn't even arrived yet, and they couldn't even cut up the 1000-mark note into 200-mark notes because the branch only has 100-mark notes, not 200-mark ones. Sorry, even the smallest village post office is better and more competent.
Today I dropped off three packages at the counter with a very nice lady. Since she wasn't sure if one of the packages was free, she asked her slightly older colleague, who was also working at the counter, for advice. This colleague then snapped at the nice lady in front of the customers in a very unprofessional manner, embarrassing her. I felt so sorry for the nice lady... Well, judging by the Google reviews, I'm not the only one who's had this experience... A real shame.
