Pésimo servicio al cliente. Esperé en espera por siempre... 15 minutos, luego colgué. ¡¡¡Completamente inaceptable!!! Todavía no recibí el paquete. Al final dijeron que probablemente lo habían robado, jajajajaja... ¡Simplemente pésimo servicio! Aquí hay una actualización adicional: Realizaste la entrega con el nombre equivocado, la dirección equivocada y la ciudad completamente equivocada. ¡¡¡Y luego me mentiste acerca de que me lo entregaron por segunda vez!!! ¡Un completo fracaso! Además, tengo que quejarme de que también tiran cartas en cualquier lugar, aunque la dirección y el nombre sean completamente incorrectos. ¡¡Después de mí, el diluvio!! ¡¡Esto es inaceptable!! Volvería a revisar minuciosamente la calidad y los procesos y volvería a examinar críticamente la planificación de rutas. Me avergonzaría de tantos errores. ¡¡Cancelaría mi contrato con el servicio postal y contrataría una empresa diferente!! ¡Esto es inaceptable!
For four years now, the Swiss Post has failed to deliver my packages to the correct location – they repeatedly end up in the wrong mailbox, simply because two households with the same last name live in the building. Despite multiple reports, nothing changes. Most recently, at the beginning of this week: a package was delivered, but by the end of the workday, it was nowhere to be found – I only received it two days later because it was left with my neighbor. In 2025, this is simply unreliable and frustrating.
Redirections don't really work. Some examples: - Mail is only redirected after a complaint is received after the third day. - Coop and Migros newspapers, although addressed, are not redirected until the second week after a complaint is received. - Mail is retained (instead of just the packages) and only delivered after a complaint is received (after one week). - Mail continues to be delivered to the holiday address after returning. - Mail is returned to the sender with the note "undeliverable." The chat employees are helpful and do forward the complaint. But it can't be that you have to file a complaint with or after every redirection before it works. When the same mail carrier was always responsible, this was never a problem. Since the routes change every week, the internal information in the logistics center no longer works either. P.S. Reply to your reply. We always file a complaint with the order number. We always check with the delivery team, and then everything works out...until next time. By the way, completed order numbers can no longer be retrieved.
Like with others, the package was supposedly on its way. Then, after a few hours, it was marked "undeliverable" according to the hotline, and it turns out the package was never even delivered from Hinwil! I'm dependent on this package, sorry, but if I worked like that, I would have lost my job long ago. Where is my package now... nobody knows. A disgrace!
