Una mujer muy antipática con el pelo corto se queja constantemente con la gente sobre Valora y no tiene en cuenta a los que tienen que trabajar o están en un descanso de 15 minutos. Cuando ella trabaja, prefiero comprar cigarrillos en Denner; ¡Allí la espera es más corta! Y el personal de allí es realmente amable con el cliente.

El personal está molesto y muy estresado. Visito este quiosco con bastante frecuencia, pero me parece que su amabilidad está disminuyendo constantemente. I was there this evening and had to listen to the cashier chatting with the customer in front of me for a full two minutes. When I asked to be able to pay for my things quickly, she became rude and insulting. Very disappointing.

It's all well and good that you can buy packages and VBL tickets at the kiosk, but having to wait almost 10 minutes while the lady explains everything to her from A to Z... annoying... there are people who still have things to do, and then you get served rudely on top of it...
