Hertz Interlaken me proporcionó un rav4 GR 2025 Qué experiencia tan maravillosa durante mi viaje. El personal de servicio está muy bien informado, es profesional y servicial. También le pregunté sobre mi depósito de gasolina, la persona respondió: “Esto es sólo un depósito y me será devuelto automáticamente”. Para aquellos que tengan curiosidad. Sí, se devolverá el importe del depósito.

Además, son flexibles y aceptan tarjetas de débito, por lo que no es obligatorio tener una tarjeta de crédito. Tuve una experiencia realmente agradable viajando por Interlaken con este coche de gran calidad de Hertz Autovermietung.
Quick and professional customer service. The handover was seamless and efficient. The car was excellent.
Great little Hertz location. Picked up at opening 08:00 on a saturday and self- returned Sunday morning without any issues. Car was brand new and drove fantastic. As an english speaking American, I was treated very well and was on my way quickly.
Dear Sir, Referring to the notice dated 06 Jan 2025 that i received through air post mail in Malaysia as below; Invoice No: 003556000055 Invoice date: 06/01/2025 Rental Agreement No: 358545364 I really regretted with the offences that i may have done and I understand the content of the letter sent however i would like to know more about the notice as follows; 1. Type of Penalty in details (what is the offence) 2. Location of the offence As i never stopped by any police officer when i was driving the car and already following the road signages. It is best to know in details so that i can take extra caution if driving in Switzerland again in the future. Appreciate for your kind respond. I also hope that i can make any appeal to lower down the penalty charges. I have email customer relations, but it was rejected. Regards, Ahmad Safuan
