"Todo estaba delicioso, con sabores que combinaban muy bien. Incluyendo las selecciones de vinos. Especialmente el Black Angus Chateaubriand suizo estaba delicioso, y el puré de verduras de invierno era perfecto. Le di al servicio 4 estrellas porque durante la reserva mencionamos que estábamos celebrando nuestros 25 años juntos pero no se hizo nada. Tal vez se olvidó como el agua que pedimos, pero en general la velada fue genial. Volveremos

Fuimos a Ritter dos veces durante nuestro viaje a Kandersteg y, sinceramente, nos encantó. El equipo allí es súper amable y acogedor. Te sientes como en casa de inmediato. Probamos el vino, la fondue, algunos entrantes y los filetes… guau, fueron absolutamente increíbles. El lugar en sí se siente acogedor, cálido y festivo, y fue el lugar perfecto para celebrar el cumpleaños de mi esposa. El pequeño saludo de cumpleaños del personal la hizo muy feliz. No puedo recomendar este lugar lo suficiente. ¡Definitivamente regresaremos algún día! =)

Restaurant Ritter in Kandersteg truly stands out for its commitment to using fresh, high-quality ingredients every day. I ordered a fish dish featuring trout sourced from the beautiful Blausee, and the freshness of the fish was evident in every bite. The chef did a fantastic job of seasoning and combining the ingredients, resulting in a perfectly balanced and delicious dish. Beyond the main courses, their dessert menu is also impressive, offering a variety of sweet treats that are beautifully presented and absolutely delightful. The service is excellent, with staff members who are attentive and make you feel right at home through friendly conversations and warm hospitality. The ambiance of the restaurant is peaceful and charming, capturing the unique character of Kandersteg, which adds to the overall appeal of the dining experience.

An absolutely incredible location, with stunning views all round. The mini-suite was very spacious & clean with a balcony that had far reaching views into the mountains. The restaurant & service was wonderful with a good selection of food. The hotel itself is a very traditional building, and furnished to match the theme. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.
