¡Gran habitación con un asiento de inodoro increíble! Impresionantes vistas desde la habitación. Sin embargo, no hay tabla de planchar y no estaba seguro de cómo ponerme en contacto con nadie que trabaje allí, ya que no hay mostrador de recepción. No tuve ningún problema pero sería bueno saber cómo contactar a alguien si es necesario.
Hicimos un check-in autónomo y todo fue muy conveniente. Lo único es que nadie nos dijo dónde aparcar, no aparcar delante, hay que ir detrás (nos lo explicó la señora del restaurante). La gente que trabaja en el restaurante fue súper amable. Sinceramente, su desayuno es uno de los mejores que hemos probado en cualquier hotel. La habitación estaba limpia y cálida, y tenía todo lo que pudieras necesitar: plancha, artículos de tocador e incluso el olor de los productos Rituals en el baño. Muy moderno, bellamente diseñado, auténtica calidad suiza.
Tuvimos una estancia muy agradable en el hotel Berg and Berg en Suiza. La habitación estaba limpia, espaciosa y moderna, lo que hizo que nuestra estancia fuera muy cómoda. El proceso de auto check-in fue un poco inusual al principio, pero resultó ser simple y conveniente. Lo único que debemos tener en cuenta es la iglesia al otro lado de la calle con campanas que suenan con bastante frecuencia, pero eso no arruinó nuestra experiencia en general. Excelente relación calidad-precio y recomendamos encarecidamente este hotel.
We had an amazing stay at Berg & Berg! Special thanks to Zaman from the Down Restaurant & Bar and Lorena — they truly made our stay a happy and memorable one. The property gives easy access to the highway, Interlaken, Lucerne, and Zurich, yet it’s tucked away in a charming Swiss village. If you really want to experience the authentic Swiss lifestyle, this is the perfect place to stay.
Berg & Berg is a fantastic spot for lunch — the menu is thoughtfully curated, offering a mix of flavors that feel both fresh and elevated. Every dish we tried was delicious and beautifully presented, making the experience feel special even for a casual midday meal. The ambiance is welcoming yet refined, perfect for catching up with friends, enjoying a quiet lunch, or a stylish work break. A solid choice if you’re looking for quality food in a relaxed, classy setting 🍽️
It’s a self check in hotel. Usually there’s place to park the car for free. My room was the standard one. Quite small, with almost NO place to put our bags. The bed is comfortable and has super clean and soft linens. There’s a Nespresso Vertuo machine with 2 capsules that unfortunately were never refilled after being used on the first day of our stay. The cups and the glasses weren’t also cleaned in 3 days. Impressive!!! The room doesn’t have any half light, so either you’re in full brightness, either you’re in complete darkness. The bathroom is super clean and beautiful, and the toilet is PERFECT (Japanese style). The shower has no place to put our soap, sponge, conditioner…
