Nos expulsaron de un área pública, a pesar de que el letrero decía claramente que se nos permitía estar allí. Y según el ayuntamiento y la policía, efectivamente se nos permitió estar allí.
Lo profesional es diferente. Empleados que no son resilientes.
El personal era simplemente vergonzoso. A pesar de tener un boleto, me negaron la entrada a pesar de que esperé dos horas y me prometieron que la entrada se concedería a partir de las 12:00 p. m.

That employee showed absolutely no respect or decency toward customers. It's disgusting. A guy like that has absolutely no business working in security.
I've had good experiences with VIP Security...friendly people...I never had to wait long before being waved through...no matter what the weather is like, the staff are always friendly and have a smile on their face...
