¡¡¡PRECAUCIÓN!!! Compré una camioneta NUEVA que tenía una fuga de agua que noté incluso antes de salir del taller. Esperó horas para que lo "repararan", lo cual no fue así. Mal servicio de postratamiento y grosero al teléfono. Evita aceptar responsabilidad, cita de la dirección "cada vehículo nuevo que sale de nuestro taller tiene algún tipo de problema" Sr. Kaufmann. Se cobra por reparaciones; la garantía no cubre mucho.

Good day everyone We got advice from your team about caravans at the Autumn Fair 2021 in Bern. They were very competent. We reordered for autumn 2022. It took a lot longer, of course 😄 From Knaus... Delivery in February 2023. Excellent introduction by the workshop manager... They thought of everything! Since I completely renovated a motorhome myself in 2011, I know all about the pitfalls of millimeters, grams, vibrations, etc. After a 4-day test in rough terrain, I can say: I AM 98% SATISFIED. And the 2% is cosmetic fuss on my part. EVERYTHING works as it should, as ordered. The kids are happy with their own beds, and I'm having fun with the Moovers. 😜 We thank the team for all their services and the pre-assembly of the 4 support brackets for the walls...
