¡¡¡MENOS DE 1 ESTRELLA seguro!!! La entrega de pizza superó 1 hora y 20 minutos. El pedido fue de 2 pizzas pequeñas y, si se corta en 4 trozos, cada porción cuesta casi 5 CHF. ¿Ese costo para una porción tan pequeña y común? La pizza era mediocre, seca, el sabor no era nada especial, la masa era como cartón. Me sentí muy decepcionado con toda la experiencia. Llamamos a la sucursal de Küsnacht y el servicio fue grosero y nada amable. Incluso nos sentimos reprendidos por pedir información sobre nuestra pizza, ya que nunca recibimos una confirmación por correo electrónico como lo prometimos... Nunca supimos si nuestro pedido en línea se había realizado... Nunca volveré a realizar un pedido a Dieci. ¡¡No se lo recomiendo a nadie!!

Haciendo pedidos a domicilio desde hace un tiempo y la pizza siempre es buena, pero las últimas tres veces la pizza llega cada vez más tarde y llega fría. Antes no era así. No sé qué cambió.

La pizza es realmente buena. Uno de los mejores de la zona. Puedes pasar a recoger tu pedido o recibirlo en casa. Puedes elegir entre diferentes pizzas (también de diferentes tamaños), algunas pastas y algunos postres típicos italianos. La pizza nunca nos decepcionó.

We live in the area and have ordered many times at dieci Küsnacht. It’s really a pity - but they’re not capable of providing a stable service with their pizzas. I haven’t found out why the pizzas from dieci in Rapperswil are much better. Not even the type of pizzas they offer is the same every-time you order it… Like if you order rucola you receive it once with the separated rucola and parmigiano and the next time they deliver it without parmigiano, when you call and explain they tell you you’re wrong it’s never with parmigiano… I used to order salame piccante with olives - wow today it was really to much for me… I received a pizza with salame and peperoncino but like and overkill of it. 🫣😳🙄😵🥴it was awful. No taste just horribly hot. These were just 2 slices in the picture. What was the purpose of the person preparing this? Where is the love?

I've been visiting this place a lot lately and i'm amazed by the warming welcome of the staff here, the food is wonderful and delicious. The place is warm and cozy. It's totally worth a visit or two.
