¡Personal grosero e inútil! ¡¡¡Es la peor tienda de bicicletas de toda Suiza central!!!
Compré mi nueva bicicleta en Camenzin 2-Radsport AG en Küssnacht y estoy absolutamente encantado. Me recomendaron esta tienda especializada. El consejo que recibí del experto Dani fue verdaderamente profesional: entendió mis deseos y necesidades y me ayudó específicamente con su experiencia. On April 17, 2021, I dropped off my second-hand Trek carbon bike for repairs and fitting a new saddle. I had to wait a week until April 24, 2021. So, no problem when you're busy. When I picked it up, the head mechanic quickly adjusted the spring. Normally, the rider's weight has to be weighed and adjusted accordingly. Later, while riding, I noticed that the brakes still weren't working. Okay, no problem, sometimes you forget about it when you're busy, I was still understanding. I brought it back and waited again. Now, while riding, it still didn't work. I brought it back and asked the head mechanic if he could check everything before giving it to the customer. The answer was, you can't rebuild an old bike... I also had the impression that the saleswoman didn't take me seriously; she thought I was a stupid foreigner who was being stingy.
We're on holiday with our bikes and had a breakdown. Thanks to the quick and professional repair, everything is working perfectly again. Many thanks to the whole team! Greetings from Susi and Udo
