No pude arreglar mi reparación. Se dañaron las piezas y me quedé sin poder andar en bicicleta.
Servicio perfecto, bastante caro. Pero la calidad es muy alta (como Suiza en general)
Absolutamente no recomendado. En la factura enumeran trabajos que definitivamente no se realizaron. Y cuando se les confronta, estas personas rápidamente se vuelven insultantes, afirmando que el cliente no tiene idea y que así tiene que ser. Esa fue su explicación. Una estrella es demasiado para este lugar.
I took my moped in for inspection and they claimed that certain engine parts weren't original, even though they are. On top of that, the list of defects included many parts and work that weren't even necessary. I felt ripped off. ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!
Excellent service. I picked up my bike from the service center. Everything that was done was explained to me in great detail. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I felt very well taken care of. Thank you!
