El garaje fue entregado a tiempo por un conductor excepcional. Amable y profesional, montó mi garaje hasta el último detalle. Así que no hay absolutamente nada de qué quejarse. En cuanto al representante, el Sr. Racine, que es tan amable y alegre, siempre respondió a mis solicitudes sin dudarlo, incluso después de que cometí un error, lo que demuestra su capacidad para cuidar de sus clientes y así proteger los intereses de su empleador. A friend had a Bangerl garage delivered and installed at her home in Switzerland. She was happy with the quality and the delivery was on time. However, during the delivery, the garage was scraped against a hedge of old trees about 100 meters before the property entrance. This soiled and damaged the stucco on one side and one corner of the garage. A series of exchanges ensued, during which Bangerl told her that these damages were her responsibility. Unbelievable! The salesperson even told her she could repaint the garage herself over a weekend! All Bangerl cares about is selling, selling, selling. Anything after the sale is clearly not a priority. Since the back-and-forth continues because Bangerl refuses to act professionally and take responsibility, we feel it's important to inform potential customers about Bangerl's practices. You then have the opportunity to demand that the company treat you properly.
A huge thank you to Mr. Racine for his impressive efficiency. My garage door wasn't closing properly; one phone call and he was there 30 minutes later. The problem was solved in 5 minutes. Thank you so much!
