Today, on a whim, I bought a grill (display model) originally priced at CHF 499.-, reduced to CHF 129.90. I called ahead to check availability at 3:20 pm on Saturday, then drove to Langenthal, arriving at 3:50 pm. Closing time was 4:00 pm. The employee immediately said he would have waited for us even if we had arrived after 4:00 pm. As discussed on the phone, he pointed out the small scratches. The transaction was absolutely seamless, and he immediately offered to help us disassemble the grill (which was assembled, being a display model) because it wouldn't fit in the car. However, we had anticipated this and brought our own tools, so we were able to take it apart and load it ourselves. This employee was so friendly and helpful; unfortunately, that's a rare find these days. Dear Fust AG, please never let this employee who worked in Langenthal on Saturday, February 7, 2026, leave. If I need something from Fust again, I know exactly where to go.
I bought a coffee machine as a Christmas present and was served by very friendly staff; the branch manager was very helpful. Excellent service! My son was delighted with the coffee machine.
