Hoy, 20 de enero de 2024, a las 13:38, entré por primera y última vez a esta tienda. Compré una botella fría de Coca-Cola por CHF 1,65 y cortésmente mencioné en la caja que me gustaría pagar con tarjeta. El cajero, muy antipático, respondió: "¡Efectivo!" Reiteré que preferiría pagar con tarjeta. "Dinero en efectivo." Cuando le pregunté si era un problema pagar con tarjeta, dijo que no valía la pena por cantidades tan pequeñas. Muy antipática, también se negó a darme el cambio, en lugar de dárselo a mi acompañante que tuvo que pagar en efectivo. Esto fue a pesar de que yo era cliente. ¡¡Nunca más!! ¡Forma a tu personal en amabilidad! ¡Iré a cualquier otra tienda en Langnau donde pueda pagar incluso 5 céntimos con tarjeta si es necesario…!
The salads and vegetables are truly fresh and keep for several days; for example, the lamb's lettuce is simply superb. The service is very attentive. A visit is worthwhile.
The store is easy to reach and, in my opinion, is located right in the center of Langnau. If you prefer a more leisurely shopping experience and don't want to be constantly bumped into by other shopping carts, this is the place for you. The food is fresh, and the staff is very helpful and friendly.
Unfriendly staff. As a teenager, we were asked if we had any coins. We only had Twint or a card. That's unacceptable.
