¡Servicio amable y competente! Instalación impecable
Desde el momento en que solicitamos un presupuesto, el Sr. Thommen (CEO) de Elentec nos brindó información positiva y asesoramiento competente. Después de algunos problemas con el cantón en relación con el permiso "para paneles de cerca", llegamos incluso al Palacio Federal. En su momento este sistema fue considerado incluso uno de los pioneros en Suiza. Recibimos buenos consejos de los señores David Thommen y Klaus Niederhauser y los empleados realizaron la instalación de todo el sistema de forma cortés, rápida y profesional. Se realizó un pequeño ajuste de forma rápida y satisfactoria. Tenemos un buen presentimiento sobre el futuro. Posteriormente, la empresa obtuvo el certificado de Buen Instalador. Podemos recomendar esta empresa solar (Solarprofis) con la conciencia tranquila.

I am very satisfied with the work and services of elentec GmbH – and have been for years. I have been working with elentec GmbH on renovations and modifications to our house since 2010. We recently had a 15.11 kWp integrated photovoltaic system installed on the roof. At the same time, smart home components were added. I find elentec GmbH to be reliable and innovative.
A very competent partner for all matters concerning solar systems and storage. The execution and planning are top-notch. Deadlines are met. The flow of information and support after installation also met my expectations. The only thing that took a while in my case was the final invoice, which isn't entirely negative.
