Very open to customers who want to install the system or parts of it themselves. I received very friendly support and valuable advice over several phone calls, without any reservations. Even a warranty service call was handled quickly, easily, and competently by the managing director himself. I felt valued and understood as a customer, which is rare these days and not something to be taken for granted. Keep up the good work!
