Lauterbrunnen es un valle impresionante rodeado de acantilados escarpados, prados verdes e impresionantes cascadas. Lo visitamos por la tarde de octubre y la luz del sol hizo que el paisaje pareciera mágico, perfecto para tomar fotografías. Es fácil llegar a la cascada principal, con aparcamiento cercano y agradables senderos para caminar. Aunque estaba un poco lleno de gente, lo que le quitó parte de la atmósfera de paz. Aún así, ¡un lugar inolvidable y una visita obligada en Suiza!
Lugares increíbles para visitar!! Lugar de visita obligada al menos una vez en la vida. Aquí es donde ocurre la magia. Hacía mucho frío cuando visité Disneylandia y estaba nevando. ¡Pero sigue siendo divertido y vale la pena! Lo visité durante las vacaciones de año nuevo, el 1 de enero y estaba bastante lleno. Te sugiero que compres acceso premier para que puedas disfrutar de más atracciones. Alimentos, había muchas opciones de restaurantes. Y no olvides descargar la aplicación de Disneyland para saber cuánto tiempo tendrás que esperar para obtener el viaje que deseas. Fue increíble visitar Disneylandia en invierno 😆
Es hermoso ver las cataratas caer desde una distancia tan larga, es increíble. La cantidad de agua que sale varía para afectar la belleza. Hay un sendero para acercarse a la cima, NO a la cima, y es un desafío y para algunos en el grupo NO valió la pena luchar por subir. Precioso desde abajo. Fui a la cima y para mí personalmente no vale la pena. Básicamente, en la cima se obtiene una mejor vista del valle, no de las cataratas.
Lauterbrunnen is an absolute must-see. The nature here is breathtaking—you can literally feel the fresh mountain air while surrounded by waterfalls and stunning scenery. The village itself has a wonderful vibe, and I highly recommend an early morning walk if you’re a morning person, as the atmosphere is peaceful and refreshing. There are plenty of trails to explore, and the views are unforgettable. You can easily reach Lauterbrunnen by train and enjoy the scenic ride, no surprise, the Swiss train system works perfectly. The town also has a variety of hotels and Swiss cottages, many offering cozy stays with local breakfasts. We truly enjoyed our visit and would highly recommend it for anyone traveling through Switzerland.
It's the iconic waterfall seen when walking through the village of Lauterbrunnen. It's named after the misty spray that blows away on windy days like dust. It's the inspiration of a Johann Wolfgang von Goethe poem named "Songs of the Spirits over the Waters." It was the very first waterfall that we visited during our trip. We didn't even attempt hiking up to the platform. Believe me, it's just as beautiful seeing it from every vantage point below. Just look up some of the videos online and you'll understand why it's not an easy climb up. It's steep on a slippery slope depending on the weather. You'll need waterproof shoes to wade through the puddles in the tunnel and along the steps leading up to the platform. Maybe this is the reason for it being a free attraction. Go at your own risk. Haha! But hey, you will get some beautiful views of the Lauterbrunnen Valley for your efforts. It's just a picture-perfect postcard view with the village in the foreground. There's even a second smaller waterfall that can be seen to the left of it (Spissbachfall?). The cows that we saw along the way made the experience even more special. It was the perfect ending to a very long tour day in the Bernese Oberland region. It was a relaxing early evening walk!
🌄 The viewpoint is nice but honestly feels a bit overrated. If you come by bus, you’ll need to walk uphill on a fairly steep path 🥾. 📸 Since it’s a popular spot, expect to wait around 15–20 minutes to take photos. The best time to visit is early in the morning ☀️, so you can avoid the crowd and also get better lighting without backlight. ✨ Overall, worth a quick stop if you’re in the area, but be prepared for the walk and the wait
