Vino a cenar. Nos ignoraron durante mucho tiempo antes de que finalmente nos sentáramos. El viejo anfitrión/gerente blanco con el corte de pelo y la barba de chivo parecía absolutamente furioso por nuestra llegada. Fue innecesariamente grosero, miró su reloj y levantó los brazos con disgusto porque llegamos cuando lo hicimos. No me pareció que reaccionara así cuando otros clientes llegaron al restaurante después de nosotros. Creo que reaccionó de esta manera porque no éramos caucásicos (alerta racista). Luego nos ignoraron en la mesa durante mucho tiempo. La camarera parecía agradable, estaba muy ocupada y tenía que trabajar en demasiadas mesas. Pedimos medio pollo, patatas fritas y espaguetis a la carbonara. Los espaguetis eran como lo que esperarías de Olive Garden. Muy decepcionante en comparación con Italia. El pollo y las patatas fritas estaban bastante buenos. Como las patatas fritas de McDonald's que quedan crujientes. En general, la comida era bastante buena y la camarera (Florencia) era agradable. Pero el anfitrión masculino fue horrible.
Nos lo pasamos genial. La habitación estaba fenomenal, muy cómoda y con mucha luz natural. La ubicación era perfecta, frente a la terminal. Viajé con mi madre y siempre nos sentimos seguros. La gente es muy útil. Desayunamos y cenamos. La comida era increíble y el servicio espectacular. ¡¡La vista es impresionante!!
Santiago fue excelente como camarero y la comida estuvo deliciosa. Nos sentamos afuera y escuchamos una amplia variedad de música que cualquiera podría disfrutar durante la noche. ¡Definitivamente regresaría por el ambiente, la deliciosa comida y el servicio!
A hot meal and what a special one! We’re vegetarian and they had plenty of vegetarian options , radish risotto, perfect balance of cheese and pungency , delectable spaghetti & the world’s best gnocchi , hearty shareable portions , flavorful and yum! We were 4 people but 3 mains were filling , Must visit for a hearty Italian meal 🥂
We arrived at Pasta and More really hungry after a long hike, and pasta was exactly what we needed to fuel our bodies. We were so happy that the food turned out to be delicious—it was worth all the tiredness once we got to enjoy a good meal afterwards. Staff were very friendly and attentive, and a big plus for the food arriving so quickly. The service was not good and the food was equally bad. We ordered wine, water and the Spaghetti served in the Parmesan wheel. It clearly stated that it will be served table side but the spaghetti arrived in the plate without the promised spectacle. The cheese was hard as the plate arrived almost cold. I ordered with truffles (for 39 SFR), the truffle flakes had no taste at all and was very thin. The water never arrived and was charged on the bill. We are not coming back.
