Llegué un poco apurado porque se me habían roto las fijaciones de la tabla de snowboard. El personal me escuchó, inspeccionó el problema y encontró una solución. Como mi fijación es especial, el reparador tuvo que utilizar los repuestos que tenía en stock para encontrar una solución. Le llevó un tiempo, pero se mostró cortés y divertido en todo momento. Pude salir con una encuadernación reparada. El trabajo fue muy profesional y el personal estuvo atento a mis necesidades.

Alquiler de trineos por 8 CHF, ¡bastante asequible en mi opinión! El personal fue muy amable y servicial también. También nos ayudaron a guardar nuestras pertenencias mientras montábamos en trineo.

This place has a bunch of local neat souvenirs, and winter rentals. I actually only rented the little wooden sleds (winter season). $7 for 24 hours. The lady working there was really nice and helpful.

Darling souvenir shop with good prices, but avoid the alpine flower seeds if you’re from the US: They don’t have the necessary certifications to bring back with you and will be confiscated at customs.
