Vinimos a comer a este restaurante utilizando el Pasaporte Gourmet. Desafortunadamente, la experiencia se vio gravemente arruinada por el servicio. Desde el momento en que hicimos la reserva por teléfono, sentimos que nuestra llamada les molestaba. Una vez allí, el camarero adoptó un tono poco profesional, a veces grosero y muy indiferente durante toda la velada, haciéndonos sentir como si estuviéramos entrometiéndose. La comida también tardó muchísimo en llegar. Además, algunas mesas que llegaron mucho más tarde que nosotros fueron atendidas mucho antes que nosotros, a pesar de que habían pedido lo mismo. Esto reforzó nuestro sentimiento de abandono. Es aún más decepcionante porque la comida era excelente. Los platos eran realmente deliciosos y recomendamos encarecidamente la cocina. Lamentablemente, debido a la mala calidad del servicio, no regresaremos. ¡Qué vergüenza!
Un domingo muy tranquilo y lluvioso; El servicio fue rápido, eficiente, cálido y profesional. Postre: helado, no hay bollería disponible. La comida estuvo muy buena. El vino estuvo muy bueno.
El filete de caballo que comimos estaba bastante bueno y bien cocinado. El dueño era un poco estricto y no muy amable. Cuando quisimos pedir un corte danés para dos, el propietario no estuvo de acuerdo y quería que tuviéramos uno para cada uno. No fue muy serio por su parte, pero estuvo de acuerdo de todos modos. Por lo demás, el restaurante está muy bien situado.
We went there with the gourmet passport! Already the boss is not nice, instead of saying hello he checks the identity of the passport... then we are not allowed beef, as we are surprised he comes back to catch us out on our attitude and explains that he does not cover his costs if he sells beef (origin Uruguay!), so we order horse. I ask if he puts the meat on the side on the slate because I like it rare he says no, but that he can put a plate for 2 people next to me. Then for those who did not order on the slate no salad contrary to what is written on the menu. The slates received a simple green salad. There is only ice cream for dessert. And do not order the cognac..17 bucks!!! I will not go back and I do not recommend
I called to make a reservation and, as soon as I mentioned using the Gourmet Passport, the person I spoke to adopted a condescending and unprofessional tone. It's a shame, because it doesn't exactly inspire me to discover the establishment.
We went to a restaurant during the medieval festival. A disaster: service on a paper plate, pieces of the plate melted into the food, deplorable service, not a very friendly welcome! They didn't like our remark about the plate, which made the situation worse instead of apologizing... never again!
