Ayer fuimos al derbi Thun-YB en el Stockhorn Arena y comimos patatas fritas. Desafortunadamente, estaban completamente fríos y secos. Fue bastante decepcionante, especialmente en un evento en el que esperarías algo nuevo. En retrospectiva, nos alegramos de no haber pedido dos porciones. Qué vergüenza.

Hüttenzauber fue el encargado del catering del Energy Air 2025 en el Stockhorn Arena. Opté por sus patatas fritas, que estaban riquísimas y de excelente calidad. A pesar de la gran afluencia de gente, el personal fue amable y servicial, lo que causó una primera impresión positiva. Desgraciadamente, la organización estropeó considerablemente la experiencia: la espera fue de unos 45 minutos, lo que es muy largo para un evento de esta magnitud. Además, el sistema de colas era confuso, lo que dejaba a algunas personas sin estar seguras de si estaban en la cola correcta. Si bien todo se realizó sin efectivo, lo cual generalmente es conveniente, esta ventaja no pudo compensar el proceso caótico. Especialmente en un evento como Energy Air, una mejor preparación y organización habría sido crucial. En general, la impresión es variada: buena comida y personal amable, pero la organización tiene mucho margen de mejora.
Two weeks ago, I had the pleasure of working with the Hüttenzauber team as the organizer for the Swiss Epic in Davos and La Punt. Julia, Roslä, and Paolo were the friendliest, most competent, and, not least, incredibly hardworking colleagues imaginable! It was a joy to work with them, and the food was wonderful! They had to serve around 900 meals at lunchtime for race participants and crew, and another 150 or so in the evening for the crew alone. The feedback was excellent; everyone loved the food. I didn't hear a single negative comment. This is especially remarkable considering that these three exceptional individuals were on their feet for about 15 hours a day for a whole week to accomplish this! I only worked half the hours, and I can only bow down to their achievement! I hope Hüttenzauber will be booked for this event again next year, and I'm already looking forward to working with them again!
Good day According to online sources, you are the caterer at the Stockhorn Arena for FC Thun matches. It would be fantastic if you sought professional advice for the upcoming season so that the catering can finally operate at a Super League level. Currently, it's an organizational disaster and disastrous negative publicity for FC Thun and the stadium. The staff is friendly, and the food quality is okay. But the handling, the process from ordering to delivery, and the entire preparation for the influx of guests is a complete failure. Clearly, you have zero interest in maximizing sales and satisfying the fans. This is utterly incomprehensible.
There's room for improvement with the sausages at the Stockhorn Arena! Dear Kappeler Gastro AG: Now that FC Thun is (deservedly) back in the A-Class, the sausages sold at the Stockhorn Arena urgently need a quality upgrade. The veal sausage tastes good, but the casing used is a disaster! The same goes for the "Tuna Sausage." Both sausages have such thick and tough casings that one seriously wonders what the butcher who makes them is doing. The reviews speak for themselves (2.1!). If I were you, I'd take a very close look at your operations immediately.
