Un acogedor restaurante a orillas de una pintoresca calle del centro histórico. El propietario (?) fue muy amable, habla al menos 3 idiomas y siempre está ahí para ayudar. Pedimos crema de pescado, tartar y pollo al vino. No recomendaré estos platos principales porque no tenían nada de especial y el tartar era más vegetariano que carnoso. En cuanto al pollo, la salsa es peculiar pero la carne estaba un poco demasiado cocida. En general, fue una buena comida, pero no nos impresionó positivamente.

A place where time seems to stand still in the heart of Twann! The ambiance and service offer instant relaxation, and guests are treated with the utmost care. We were there for lunch and couldn't resist the local wine. The menu is very creative, and the summer dishes we enjoyed were artfully presented and perfectly seasoned. Even the amuse-bouche was exceptional. The outdoor seating area is highly recommended when the weather is nice. The hospitality is second to none.
We had the catch of the day, which was exceptionally well prepared. The wine recommendations (regional wines, of course) were also consistently spot on. The host was very friendly. We'd love to come back!
