Durante la fase de construcción de la casa encargamos varios contenedores de todos los tamaños y también tuvimos que desechar bolsas grandes. El servicio siempre fue excelente: a tiempo, entregado exactamente donde lo necesitábamos. Y si no estaban seguros, rápidamente nos llamaban para asesorarnos sobre la mejor ubicación. El personal al teléfono siempre fue amable y servicial. Hacer pedidos online también es increíblemente fácil: el formulario necesitaría una pequeña actualización, pero eso es muy quisquilloso ;-)

He sido cliente intermitente durante muchos años y simplemente debo expresar mi más sincero agradecimiento. A lo largo de todos estos años, los pedidos siempre se han completado de forma profesional y rápida. El personal es siempre amable. Incluso las tablas de encofrado debajo del contenedor (para proteger el suelo) se colocaron cuidadosamente a un lado cuando se recogió el contenedor. ¿Dónde más se puede encontrar esto hoy en día? Recomiendo encarecidamente Neuenschwander.

What happened to me today is outrageous! I took a small plastic serving stand, a plastic garden umbrella holder, and two small pieces of Styrofoam to the recycling center! I had to pay 10 francs for it! Next time, I'm just throwing everything in the woods.

We needed a skip for mixed demolition waste. The tricky part was that it had to be placed directly in front of an underground parking garage entrance. Neuenschwander AG adhered precisely to the short, agreed-upon timeframe. Everything went like clockwork. We would gladly work with this competent and reliable company again.

Disposing of and recycling is a good thing, and I do my part. In Neuenschwander, you can easily drop off what needs to be disposed of. Yesterday, I had to buy household plastic bags at the post office again so I could dispose of the plastic in my community (unfortunately, so much is still packaged in plastic). However, I was very surprised to discover that the price of the bags had increased by 20%! I find this price hike rather excessive. It's almost like a "penalty" for recycling. What a shame.
