Como cliente nuevo, lamentablemente recibí mucha información incorrecta de Quickline. Los datos móviles de Swisscom no son los mismos que los de Sunrise. En cuanto a la suscripción a Internet, TV y Mobile XL con eSIM, no fue precisamente sencillo. Mi queja a Quickline fue atendida rápidamente. Le doy mis 5 estrellas a la tienda Evolon Quickline en Lyss. Mis problemas fueron manejados y resueltos de inmediato. ¡Muchas gracias, así debe ser! Fui cliente de Swisscom durante 20 años y decidí cambiarme a Quickline. 👍

What truly sets ESAG apart, and is unfortunately no longer a given among larger companies these days, is its excellent telephone accessibility during opening hours. Every time I called, there was always someone available who could either help me directly with my issue or connect me immediately with the appropriate person. This straightforward and efficient telephone service is remarkable and saves valuable time and stress. It's extremely pleasant to know that if you have questions or concerns, you won't be stuck on endless hold or wait in vain for a call back. It's a shame, I was actually always happy with Quickline and recommended it everywhere. Since we moved two years ago, nothing has worked. The modem has been replaced twice, the internet is still terrible, and watching TV is reminiscent of the 70s. Although even then, you could watch movies without constant picture interference. We will definitely switch, because apart from replacing the modem, nothing is being done.
