Llamé para preguntar si era posible recoger veneno para ratones en la sucursal el sábado y qué tendría que llevar... ¡la mujer me dijo que no podía contestar eso! Cuando la presioné sobre el largo viaje y le pregunté si podía comprobarlo, obtuve la misma respuesta y me acusaron de no oír bien, ¡diciendo que ya me lo había explicado! Increíble lo que acabo de experimentar, probablemente miraré la competencia...
Una vez más recibí el mensaje: "Sus mercancías salen hoy de nuestras instalaciones" (martes, 7:30 a. m.), aunque eso no es del todo cierto. Hice el pedido el domingo por la tarde, recibí una notificación de la oficina de correos el lunes por la mañana y el martes a las 10:00 a. m., ¡la mercancía ya había llegado! Me sorprende gratamente que a veces puedas obtener envío urgente si lo pagas. ¡Excelente servicio, estaré encantado de volver a realizar el pedido!
Envío rápido, producto recibido en perfectas condiciones. SIN EMBARGO, a pesar de las repetidas solicitudes por escrito, el servicio de atención al cliente aparentemente no puede eliminarme de la lista de correo de la revista de publicidad impresa.
Not recommended You order something that says it's ready for immediate delivery on the website and in the confirmation email, but the item still hasn't arrived after two weeks. And you don't get any responses on the phone either.
I give it 3 stars! The quality is very good. What I didn't like, however, was the delivery! You order something from abroad and it arrives within a week. But it took 6 days for my order to arrive. I would only recommend this company to those who really don't need the product urgently.
