¡Comida increíble y una experiencia tan encantadora! El propietario nos recibió muy calurosamente, nos ayudó a elegir nuestros platos y se registró para asegurarse de que todo fuera perfecto. La comida en sí fue increíble y, sinceramente, una de las mejores comidas que he probado. ¡Recomiendo encarecidamente este lugar si estás en Interlaken!

Éramos dos personas y nos encantó. Una de las primeras cosas que apreciamos fue que estaba abierto durante una época del año en la que muchos restaurantes de la zona están cerrados. Llegamos alrededor de las 2 de la tarde y, aunque era fuera del horario habitual de almuerzo, todavía ofrecían comida caliente. Los propietarios dirigen el lugar ellos mismos: él cocina y ella cuida de los invitados, y ella es absolutamente encantadora, mientras que él también es increíblemente amigable. El chef incluso salió a comprobar si todo estaba bien. Pedimos un Bündner Gerstensuppe que, debo admitir, era incluso mejor que el que hacía mi mamá. También comimos Kalbsgeschnetzeltes Zürcher Art con Rösti, que también estaba excelente: carne tierna, rösti crujiente y una salsa deliciosa. Sólo pasamos por un pequeño bocado y terminamos gratamente sorprendidos. El ambiente es cálido y hogareño, y la atención de los dueños es fantástica. Incluso le dieron a mi perrita una golosina y un poco de agua para que ella también pudiera disfrutar de su tiempo allí. También ofrecen dos menús de almuerzo que tenían tan buena pinta que era difícil elegir entre ellos. Definitivamente regresaré.

We randomly discovered the restaurant after a long day of sightseeing. It was a wonderful experience. Very warm welcome by the owners and excellent food. We discovered the delicious homemade Röstis. A great stop in Interlaken.

Walked in because the place we’d been directed to across the street was closed. The food and service were both amazing! The woman who greeted us and took our order had such attention to detail that she didn’t ask but noticed I didn’t use any cream and so didn’t bring any with my second cup—I didn’t have to tell her not to bother. We are midway through our trip (visited Montreux and Bern) and we both said this was the best breakfast we’ve had on the trip so far! Highly recommend! And easy parking as there is a lot right next to the restaurant.

Fantastic. A short walk from the tourist part of Interlaken, but well worth it. Small family owned restaurant and you can tell they’re proud of the food they serve. Our server was very friendly and she gave us suggestions on what to eat when we asked what her favourite things on the menu were. The mushroom schnitzel was phenomenal, the rösti was delicious, and the cordon bleu schnitzel was amazing. The prices were fair for what you got. Would absolutely suggest eating here.
