¡Gran servicio! Hice dos pedidos en esta tienda: uno por unos 270 CHF con entrega rápida y otro por 65 CHF con entrega normal. Ambas órdenes se ejecutaron con precisión y con una velocidad impresionante. De hecho, la opción de "entrega rápida" parecía innecesaria ya que no había una diferencia notable en los tiempos de entrega entre las dos opciones. I ordered a few items and am satisfied with the price-performance ratio. However, I had to wait a few days for a response from the seller. After a reminder via WhatsApp, I was contacted directly, and the issue of why I received the wrong item (silk mix instead of 100% silk inner sleeping bag) and why the tent took 125 days to arrive (my mistake ^^) was resolved via email. I will receive a full refund within the next few days. All in all, satisfied.
