Gran agencia de principio a fin. Fui inquilino durante 1,5 años. Durante todo el período de alquiler, incluso después del final (devolución del depósito), todo el equipo fue amable, servicial, receptivo, confiable y profesional.

Esta empresa es una completa vergüenza, sin absolutamente ningún respeto por sus inquilinos. Nos alquilaron un apartamento plagado de moho, escondido bajo una capa de pintura. Cuando les señalamos que el moho persistía a pesar de la ventilación diaria, su única excusa fue acusarnos de descuidar el apartamento. Desde el principio hemos tenido un problema tras otro en este apartamento. Hemos intentado todo para solucionarlos: decenas de correos electrónicos, llamadas telefónicas, pero NADA funciona. Tardan sistemáticamente varias semanas en responder a los correos electrónicos, lo que impide una solución rápida. ¿El resultado? Sin noticias desde hace mucho tiempo. Y peor aún: en cuanto intentamos defendernos, cortan la conversación. Es una falta de respeto e inaceptable.

¿Por dónde empezar? - El equipo es encantador hasta que firmas. Una vez firmado, Hay 5 direcciones de correo electrónico diferentes. Sin contacto. Sólo: - dirección@… -secretaria@… - cortejo@ …. -gerance@…. Pero no hay contacto real. No sabes con quién hablar. Sólo la recepcionista sigue siendo amable y profesional. He enviado correos electrónicos. Han pasado casi 4 semanas y sigo esperando que el responsable técnico se ponga en contacto conmigo!!!! Pensé que estaba tratando con empleados competentes. Pero recibo muy poca respuesta de ellos. Es casi indiferencia. ¡¡¡Sin embargo, los 15.360 CHF que reciben de mí cada año se cobran cada mes!!! Quizás debería considerar no pagar el alquiler el próximo mes. ¡¡¡Quizás entonces tendré la oportunidad de llamar a un gerente!!! De todos modos. ¡¡Podría escribir un libro sobre todo lo que les pasa!! ¡¡¡Es una pena tener que publicar una crítica tan negativa cuando no estoy pidiendo la luna!!! ¡Decepcionante! Absolutamente no los recomiendo.

No mercy, they are monsters, they are only there for the money, run away, do not trust this agency, do not send a rental application unless you are sure and certain about the apartment to take, and even then it does not give confidence to be a tenant with them, at your own risk

The staff were absolutely lovely, but regarding the rentals, I didn't expect to be ripped off to this extent: mold damage to my furniture and clothes, and no compensation whatsoever from the owner or the agency – a disgrace!
