Fuimos a montar en pony el 21 de marzo de 2025. Una experiencia realmente maravillosa para los niños. La persona a cargo (Sra. Lussmann) fue extremadamente complaciente, alegre y flexible, incluso ensilló un pony para otro huésped. Se nota que disfruta de su trabajo. Muchas gracias por la experiencia tan agradable y amigable para los niños. Nos encantaría volver.
We booked a 20-minute ride and were very rudely rushed through 18 minutes and 50 seconds. I don't expect 22 minutes, but I do expect punctuality when traveling with children. The person in charge was very nasty with us and made unfriendly comments. We wanted to take a larger group next time, but that's no longer possible. A real shame!
Very animal-friendly and exemplary animal husbandry. We always enjoy coming back!
Today was a complete disappointment. In previous years, the staff were so friendly, and it was always a fantastic experience for the children and the whole family. Today, however, we encountered an arrogant employee who bossed us around and behaved in a completely inappropriate manner. The worst part: he kept hitting the pony from behind to make it go faster. We couldn't bear to watch!
